This is fixed, I now check for the error message on return from svnlook.
You should not see a warning message like:

Repos:/home/svnroot/dtacs, rev:1676
Failed to get information about revision 1676 because:
        ./commit2db.pl: `/usr/bin/svnlook info /home/svnroot/dtacs -r 1676'
failed with this output:svn: Inconsistent line-endings in source
streamu02127262004-01-15 13:11:08 -0500 (Thu, 15 Jan 2004) at ./commit2db.pl
line 76.

This revision will not be processed. You should try to figure out why
it failed. You will not be able to query this revision until
commit2db.pl can process it with svnlook. I, myself, have not
looked up what causes the "Inconsistent line-endings in source" message.
